Outdoor fitness session with an emphasis on using (and learning) boxing techniques.
No previous boxing experience is required! These sessions are not about turning you into a professional boxer, but you will learn the basics that you can use to either stay fit, or progress to competition boxing.
Sessions are run in compliance with current government rulings
We will meet here (please park with consideration) and deploy for fun!
Expect to be moving around a lot, along with bodyweight exercises (no equipment, for health & safety reasons), just bring a drink for yourself (essential, up to 500Ml please).
Numbers are strictly limited, so booking is essential and all participants must complete, or have an up-to-date “PAR-Q” form which can be found here

The session starts at 1830 (6.30pm) and will last for up to 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down phases.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before that, especially if it’s your first time.
