Outdoor fitness session suitable for all abilities.

We will meet here (please park with consideration) and deploy for fun!
Expect to be moving around a lot, along with bodyweight exercises (no equipment, for health & safety reasons), just bring a drink for yourself (essential, up to 500Ml please).

The session starts at 0930 (9.30am) and will last for up to 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down phases.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before that, especially if it’s your first time.
