<p>We will meet at <strong>St Peter’s Church car park at 6.30pm</strong> before heading out on a circular route. The session will use a <strong>run/walk approach</strong>, making it suitable for runners who are building fitness, returning to running, or working towards a more consistent pace.</p>
<p>This session will typically be targeted around <strong>sub-8 minute kilometres</strong>, using mixed-paced efforts, recovery walks and Fartlek-style changes in speed depending on the route, weather and group ability.</p>
