Try to follow the "beeps" as closely as possible and use headphones (bone conductor kind preferably, for safety).
High pitch beeps indicate run phases and lower pitch ones indicate walking phases. We recommend that you put your phone into "do not disturb" mode to avoid interruptions.

Top Tip: As you hear the higher piched beeps, start to increase your pace until you're at your preferred running pace and aim to maintain that consistently on all run phases.
