Our First Official Walking Session!

We kicked off our latest session type today; walking.
This simple, often overlooked activity, can be a great calorie burner (throw on a weighted vest, rucksack or bergan) and you’re onto a winner.

Instructor Paul did a risk-assement walk earlier in the day and established that certain areas were sadly, unsafe for us to use (the nice canal ones) and planned an alternative route.  The original, proposed route is included below.
It’s also low-impact, so ideal if you’re not up to running, at the moment.
We’re aiming to do these at least once a week, so keep an eye on our session calendar here.
