January Circuit Training
Some scenes from one of our group circuit training sessions in January 2026.
In this one, we set out stations and exercises designed to challenge just about every part of the body.
With barbell deadlifts, powerbag back squats, dumbbell skull crushers and Burpees (of course!), to name just a few, it was exactly what the members needed on a Sunday morning 💪🏻
