Easter Special PMF Session

Easter Monday wasn’t meant to be anything out of the ordinary.

But at PMF, it rarely is.

We gave our members a choice — finish after the scheduled session, or stay on for a bit of extra phys.

No pressure. No expectations. Just an option.

👉 90% chose to stay.

So we delivered.

An extra hour of work.
No shortcuts. No easing off.

💥 Why That Matters

If you’ve ever taken part in a group session — especially a PMF session — you’ll know:

One hour is more than enough.

It tests your lungs.
It challenges your legs.
It pushes your mindset.

So to see nearly the entire group step forward for more?

That’s what PMF is all about.

  • Turning up when it’s tough
  • Backing each other when it counts
  • Choosing effort over comfort

🤝 Respect Where It’s Due

There’s a different level of respect for those who push past the point where most would stop.

And that’s exactly what we saw.

No one coasting.
No one quitting.
Just a group of people digging in — together.

😂 And Then There’s Bob…

Of course, it wouldn’t be a PMF session without a moment to remember.

Our resident casualty, Bob, somehow managed to steal the spotlight…

By doing absolutely nothing.

Consistency comes in many forms, Bob. We see you. 👀

🔥 Want to Be Part of It?

If you’re looking for:

  • Challenging, structured sessions
  • A supportive group environment
  • Real progression (not just going through the motions)

Then PMF might be exactly what you need.

👉 Come and see what you’re capable of.
