Description
Join PMF for a structured run training session in Droitwich, using interval running and Fartlek techniques to build confidence, endurance and pacing.
We will meet at St Peter’s Church car park at 6.30pm before heading out on a circular route. The session will use a run/walk approach, making it suitable for runners who are building fitness, returning to running, or working towards a more consistent pace.
This session will typically be targeted around sub-8 minute kilometres, using mixed-paced efforts, recovery walks and Fartlek-style changes in speed depending on the route, weather and group ability.
Route details may be adjusted depending on the weather and ground conditions.
Please ensure your running kit is suitable for tarmac, evening visibility and night conditions. Reflective clothing, lights or other visibility aids are strongly recommended.
