I’m Kacey, I’m a level 3 PT based at Rivers Fitness in Droitwich, as well as a gym & class instructor.
I love to help people build confidence and use strength training as a tool to keep fit and strong for life. I hope to make exercise enjoyable and provide that extra push when you need it.
I’m a keen adventurer and adrenaline junkie, and in my spare time you’ll find me lifting weights, hiking, paddle boarding, running, or doing challenges to raise money for charity.
