There’s no denying that gyms play a pivotal role in fitness, but they’re not for everyone. Some people respond better in groups, feeling that peer support.
Last night, 17 PMF members tackled a 12-station fitness circuit spread across the beautiful parkland of the Chateau Impney Estate.
Medicine ball work.
Bodyweight exercises.
Hill runs.
Strength stations.
Core challenge.
Burpees (naturally!).
And a fair bit of running between them all 😁
Outdoor training isn’t just about fitness. It’s about using the environment around you, challenging yourself in different ways and enjoying training with great people.
And that’s why we love training where we do.
