Choose from a selection of pre-programmed fitness missions (sessions) and complete them at a convenient time.
With 4 different levels of difficulty, there’s something for everyone, including:
- Recruit
- Operator
- Commando
- Special Forces Elite
Monthly subscribers can choose up to 3 sessions per week, selecting from group and online.
All sessions are done online, using our Web App and are done at the user’s own risk.

By taking part in PMF Fitness Missions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are voluntarily participating in an unmanned fitness session and are responsible for exercising within your own physical capabilities and limitations at all times. -
You confirm that you have completed a valid PAR-Q and that you are medically fit to participate in physical exercise. -
You are responsible for ensuring that your training environment is safe, suitable and free from hazards before starting a mission. This includes, but is not limited to:

furniture -
obstacles -
uneven flooring -
low ceilings -
pets or children entering the training area -
unsafe equipment

You are solely responsible for using safe exercise technique and maintaining proper form throughout the session. -
If you are unsure how to safely perform any exercise, you must:

stop the exercise immediately, and/or -
use the “Flag Exercise” feature to request clarification before continuing.

You should stop exercising immediately if you experience:

dizziness -
chest pain -
severe shortness of breath -
loss of balance -
unusual pain -
or any symptoms causing concern.
