Challenge yourself with one of our free daily exercise videos and let us know how you did!

In this one:

Start at 0900 with:

9 x Burpees
9 x Jumping Jacks (star jumps to some)
9 x Mountain Climbers (not each leg)

Add 1 rep to each exercise until you get to 5pm when you’ll be doing 17 of each.
